Three ways it trains, two of them automatic:
1. Paste your best past captions below (one per block, separated by ---) — the AI imitates this voice.
2. Every caption you actually publish is remembered automatically.
3. Every time you EDIT what the AI wrote before publishing, it records the correction and stops making that mistake.
